My EAP Experience

With over 15 years of crisis response experience, Develop Minded Therapies offers grounded, compassionate, and highly specialized support to organizations navigating complex and high-impact situations. Our work spans small businesses, government agencies, and multinational corporations across the West Coast, including collaborations with organizations such as Amazon, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Hasbro, KeyBank, Chase, Microsoft, MSNBC (digital), the Seattle Kraken, and the University of Washington. This includes city and state-level engagements with the State of Oregon and Washington, as well as municipalities such as Tacoma, Seattle, and surrounding jurisdictions.

Our experience includes leading trauma debriefings following workplace violence, critical incidents, and employee loss, as well as providing short-term stabilization during mass layoffs, abrupt terminations, workplace scandals, and organizational transitions. We have also partnered with specialized teams—such as Starbucks’ diversity initiatives—addressing complex issues including racial trauma and community impact during periods of civil unrest and public crisis, including the challenges faced by businesses during the Seattle protest zones. Our work supports organizations in maintaining stability, resilience, and continuity before, during, and after disruption.

In addition to crisis response, we provide executive coaching, career guidance, and professional development support to help individuals and leadership teams grow with clarity and confidence.

Licensed in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and California, services are available remotely or on-site nationwide through travel. We are credentialed with most major Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and can coordinate directly with your organization’s provider upon request. At Develop Minded Therapies, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services are designed to support both employees and organizations by providing accessible, short-term, solution-focused mental health care. We offer confidential counseling, workplace support, and coaching or training tailored to help individuals manage stress, improve resilience, and navigate personal or professional challenges. By addressing concerns early—whether related to burnout, interpersonal conflict, or life transitions—EAP services help enhance overall well-being, productivity, and job satisfaction. For employers, this means a healthier, more engaged workforce; for employees, it means having a trusted, supportive resource to turn to when it matters most.

Short Term Therapy

Our short-term therapy services provide focused, solution-oriented support to help employees navigate immediate challenges such as stress, anxiety, or personal concerns. With a goal of promoting stability and clarity, these sessions are designed to deliver meaningful progress in a limited timeframe while maintaining a compassionate and confidential space for each individual.

Onsite Support 

We offer onsite support to organizations seeking timely, in-person care for their teams, especially during critical incidents, periods of high stress, or organizational transitions. Our clinicians provide a calming and supportive presence, helping employees process experiences, regain a sense of balance, and feel supported within their workplace environment.

Coaching / Training

Our coaching and training services empower leaders and teams with practical tools to enhance communication, resilience, and overall workplace effectiveness. Through interactive and tailored sessions, we support professional growth, strengthen team dynamics, and foster a healthier, more productive organizational culture.
